Berta Hedstrom Imports, Inc. brings fine gift and teaware to the wholesale buyer. From the exclusive to the everyday to the tearoom our selection has something for you and your customers. Our current suppliers are almost exclusively from Europe and we specialize in quality teaware. Our offices and warehouse are located in Glendale, California. We can be reached at 818 242 9954, 800 444 6999 or fax 818 242 0037. ORDERS - Our minimum first time order is $150. Reorders are the same, but tell us if we need to make a special accommodation. SHIPPING - We ship from Glendale, California. Orders are handled F.O.B freight prepaid from our warehouse. Freight charges are added to invoice amounts. We have considered raising prices to include shipping costs, but think that unfairly penalizes those customers that are located close to us since we would have to average our costs for shipping across the United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the USA will be shipped based on your preference of carrier. RETURNS - Basically we stand behind our products. If something does not meet your requirements please contact us immediately. While we are fairly liberal about returns, we also reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise before granting credit. Many of our items are hand crafted and/or decorated. Quality issues can be subjective but in most cases we will consider your evaluation as long as it is not abusively used. Returns must be shipped the least expensive way to receive credit. Claims for damage or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for the total of the shipment. Net 30 terms are available based on credit approval. Contact us for a credit application. It normally takes a week or so for credit to clear. For the first order it is best to use a credit card to insure prompt shipment. COD or DROP SHIPMENTS - We do not handle COD or Drop shipments. |
